Miratech Ideas is the very first step in creating our ideation program at Miratech.

We have so many intelligent, curious, and informed members of our Miratech community that we realized that we all should leverage our incredible resource.

Miratech Ideas was born during the COVID pandemic, when we decided to commit to our #RemoteTogether virtual working initiative.  As a result of this commitment we published our first Challenge to our innovative community, with “Improve our Workspace.”

Miratech Ideas can improve Miratech. It can be a differentiator, and help to both improve and grow Miratech, and create ways for our talented team members to contribute in ways that enable us to perform better than our competitors, and/or offer solutions and perspectives that our competitors cannot, and help us to attract, and retain, talented individuals.
